TERMS AND PAYMENT POLICY
1. Registration and Payment:
- 1.1 By registering for the convention and making an online payment, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- 1.2 Payments are accepted online through secure payment gateways. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
- 1.3 Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- 1.4 Only registered participants with verified credentials will be allowed entry to the convention venue.
2. Credentials Verification:
- 2.1 Participants are required to present valid identification and proof of convention registration at the venue.
- 2.2 Failure to provide valid credentials may result in denial of entry to the convention without any refund.
3. Convention Attendance:
- 3.1 The convention organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who disrupts the convention proceedings or violates the event's code of conduct.
- 3.2 Participants are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and respect towards fellow attendees, speakers, and organizers.
4. Event Changes and Cancellations:
- 4.1 The convention organizers reserve the right to change the event schedule, speakers, or any other aspect of the convention without prior notice.
- 4.2 In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies), the organizers will not be liable for any expenses incurred by participants. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. Intellectual Property:
- 5.1 All convention materials, including but not limited to presentations, documents, and videos, are the intellectual property of the convention organizers and/or respective speakers. Participants are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.
6. Photography and Recording:
- 6.1 Participants may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during the convention. By attending the event, participants grant the organizers permission to use their likeness, voice, and image in any media without compensation or notification.
7. Privacy Policy:
- 7.1 The information provided during the registration process will be used solely for convention-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- 7.2 Participants may receive event-related communications, including updates, schedules, and promotional materials, via email. Participants can opt out of these communications at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability:
- 8.1 The convention organizers, their employees, agents, and partners will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the participation in the convention or the use of convention-related services.
9. Governing Law:
- 9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
